2024 AGM
We will be holding our annual AGM on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 7:00 at the Olympic View Golf Course Ballroom. Sign in will start at about 6:45 pm. A big shout out to OV, as they have offered this benefit to us free of charge again!

Please plan to attend the AGM! It is important for our government funding that we have good member participation, and it is also your chance to have your say on what we're doing well and what we could be doing better! In addition, we will hold elections for the following positions: First Vice-President, Registrar, Secretary, Umpire-in-Chief, and 5 Division Director positions, and are always looking for help on our various committees. Finally, we will be giving away a free 2025 registration to one person in attendance (one entry per family) - the draw will be held at the end of the meeting and you must be present to win!
