Off-season General and Pitching Clinics

Off-season clinics are starting soon! Clinics are all at the indoor turf at Juan de Fuca rec centre, are open to all players planning to play at Langford for the 2025 season, and no pre-registration is required.

Times and dates are as follows:

General Clinics

 U11- Sundays 10-11am, starting October 20^th alternating Sundays (birth years 2014 and 2015)

U13 - Sundays 10-11am, starting October 13^th alternating Sundays (birth years 2012 and 2013)

U15 - Sundays 11-12pm, starting October 13^th (birth years 2010 and 2011)

U17/U19 - Thursdays 7:30-9pm, starting October 24^th (birth years 2006-2009)

Pitching Clinics - Tuesdays starting October 8^th

U9-U13 - 6-7:00 pm (less experienced U13s)

U13-U15 - 7-8:00 pm (more experienced U13s)

U15 - U19 - 8-9:00 pm (more experienced U15s)

Pitchers must bring their own catcher (player with gear, parent, etc.)

Watch our website and Facebook for changes and cancellations as these do sometimes occur. If you know of other kids interested in trying softball, please invite them out and let us know they’re coming - we do have loaner gear and will make sure they feel welcomed and comfortable!
